Specialized lubricant for closed bearings and systems with long or lifetime service life.
The product is used in wide temperature range and is characterized by high thermal and mechanical stability. The lubricant does not lose its working properties during cold start at low temperatures down to -20ºC. Due to specially selected polyurea thickener, the lubricant provides consistently low bearing noise and extends electric motor service life.
Tixxonlube T EM 100-2 is fully compatible with lithium complex soap and all polyurea lubricants.

Tixxonlube T EM 100-2 is recommended as a grease with long or lifetime service life in closed systems at elevated temperatures, for critical components of electric motors, hot air fans, where low noise levels are required. It is used to lubricate water pump assemblies, kiln cars, as well as for roller bearings (in textile, paper and dryer machines), vertical shaft assemblies, coupling bearings and others.
