Tixxonlube LX SHC PM 460 – 1,5 grease 18 kg pail
Synthetic grease for heavily loaded bearings based on ISO VG 460 synthetic polyalphaolefin (PAO) base oil and complex lithium thickener. It is enriched with extreme pressure and anti-wear additives, as well as corrosion and oxidation inhibitors, which provide excellent wear protection, corrosion resistance and long-term lubricant life.
Due to to its thermal stability property, Tixxonlube LX SHC PM 460 protects bearings from overheating even under high loads and speeds. Also, the product retains its water-repellent properties at temperatures up to +180ºC.
Lubricant provides exceptional protection against rust and corrosion when exposed to acidic and alkaline water, making it ideal for use in the wet end of a paper machine. In turn, the low volatility and high oxidative stability of the PAO-based oil ensure high-quality performance of the lubricant at high temperatures, which are typical for the conditions of the dry part of the machine.
