Tixxonlube T SHC 460-1,5 grease 18 kg pail
Synthetic heavy duty grease developed on the basis of synthetic oil and polyurea. It is characterized by a wide operating temperature range and is suitable for rolling bearings at temperatures up to +200°C. If a centralized lubrication system is used, it can be used at temperatures up to +220°C.
Tixxonlube T SHC 460-1,5 significantly reduces wear and has a high degree of adhesion and water resistance under both static and dynamic loads. The synthetic base combined with the oxidation resistance of polyurea thickeners guarantees good corrosion protection.

Tixxonlube T SHC 460 is used in melting equipment and rolling mills and is recommended for high-temperature units lubricated through a centralized system, e.g. rollers of continuous casting machines (slabs and other billets), conveyor rollers in continuous furnaces. Due to high operating temperatures, scale formation, water and corrosion, special requirements are placed on lubricants in such units.
Tixxonlube T SHC 460 is also suitable for assemblies in the metallurgical, cement and paper industries and can be used in wind power and mining applications.
